Returns

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions within 10 days. 

 

Fashion 

  • Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return as per the hygiene and healthy regulations. 

  • Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact. If the conditions are not met, the items will not be subjected to return.

  • Footwear, eyewear, watches, contact lenses (sealed) bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact. If items for return are found open or used, it will not be eligible for return and may lead to your request being rejected. 

  • Shoe returns will only be accepted if the items are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the items or their packaging. To avoid damage, shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.

  • Contact lens is not applicable for returns 

 

Beauty & Health

  • Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, Hair Care, Body-Care etc.), perfumes, and health products that are unsealed and used will not be accepted for return. 

  • In accordance to the global standard, personal care items like hair and personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return. 

  • Foods Supplments not applicable for returns 

 

Home & Kitchen

  • Home decor & accessories products are accepted for return only if the items are not used & free from any damage and must be in the original packaging.
  • Unwrapped bedding products, furniture & large home appliances will not be accepted for return.
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Returns for furniture that has been assembled or installed are not accepted for returns. This policy is common for certain types of furniture, those that require assembly or installation.

The rationale behind this policy is that once furniture has been assembled or installed, it may be difficult to disassemble or return it without potential damage. Additionally, the returned product may not be able to resell the item as new if it has been used or assembled.

 

Sports & Accessories

  • Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.
  • Gym accessories that are open /used are not eligible for returns.
  • Vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.

 

Tools & Home Improvement

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.) 
  • Any item which is used, scratched, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

 

Note:

  • In case of any rejection for the return, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer. 
  • All the delivery charge/ clearance & duty fee, non-refundable if order is shipped out to customer,
  • Any assemble item will not be return or refunded

 

International Shipments:

  1. Shipping costs: When returning an item internationally, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the retailer. This can include shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other associated expenses.

  2. For international orders, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our own error, otherwise two-way shipping will be charged to the buyer.

  3. Restocking fees: Some retailers may charge a restocking fee for international returns. This fee is usually deducted from the refund amount and is intended to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned item.

  4. Import duties and taxes: When returning an item internationally, it's important to consider any potential import duties or taxes that may be imposed by the customs authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may affect the total refund amount.

  5. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches the destination. (warehouse)

  6. For the international orders, buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with you) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition. 

 

All refund will reflect on the bank within 5-21 business days after supplier confirmation . All COD orders will be issued a coupon which can be used within 12 months from the issue date 

 

Cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.

  • Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account by providing us your bank details. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
  • Gillkart tries to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on our website, we will make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products we sell. Gillkart is not responsible for any errors that may be reported by suppliers in the product descriptions. We do not warrant that product descriptions is error free.
  • Customers have the right to cancel their order at any time, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation option will no longer be available, and customers will need to initiate a return.
